Only after you choose to allow analytics, this project sends approved page-view and explicitly marked button-interaction codes to Santati Research at santaticrm.com/research-api. We use them to understand usage and improve the product. This optional research is based on your consent, separate from marketing, personalization, recording and account access.
We retain these events for at most 30 days. A random browser-session capability expires after 24 hours. Each project is isolated. We collect no names, account identifiers, passwords, tokens from your accounts, payment details, messages, assessment answers, recordings, page content, full URLs or device fingerprints. Browser privacy signals (Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control) prevent collection. Network infrastructure necessarily processes IP addresses to deliver requests; Wisp does not store them in events.
Open Cookie preferences or Analytics preferences on the project and choose Essential only. Collection stops immediately and the Research API deletes events associated with this browser session. If you used multiple tabs or devices, withdraw in each. If you have cleared browser session storage, the session reference cannot be recovered; remaining records expire within 30 days. Declining has no effect on essential product functionality.
There is no cross-project visitor profile, advertising use, model training, or behavioral diagnosis. Existing independent analytics may have their own separately disclosed privacy policy.
